There are two main membership categories, both are family memberships.

CSSC Member -that is a Civil Servant, BT or Post Office employee, or pensioner, or an employee doing a job that was previously done by a civil servant and who is a member of the CSSC. Membership fees are paid in two parts; firstly to the CSSC, usually deducted monthly from salary, and secondly an annual fee paid to the Jumbles Sailing Club.

Local Member -(non CSSC member), hat is everybody else. Membership fee is an annual fee paid directly to Jumbles Sailing Club.
